Hi Friends Reader Okay, I may have a new favorite roasted chicken. I’ve made this Hot Honey Roasted Chicken THREE times this week, partly because I was testing and perfecting the recipe, but also because it is just that good. Sticky. Spicy. Crispy. Savory. A little sweet. And absolutely loaded with flavor.
The chicken is seasoned with a buttery blend of herbs and spices, roasted until beautifully golden, then finished with hot honey and chili crunch for the most incredible sticky, caramelized skin. But there is a trick to getting that beautiful glaze without burning the honey. I figured out exactly when to add it so the chicken has time to get sticky and caramelized while still staying juicy inside and I'm sharing all of those details in the recipe. And when you do, please come back and leave me a comment on the recipe. I’m genuinely so curious to hear what you think because I cannot stop making it over here. Want to master a whole roasted chicken? While working on this new recipe, I also went back and updated my original How to Roast a Whole Chicken guide. I've been using the same roasting technique for years to get that beautiful golden skin while keeping the chicken juicy and tender inside. It's incredibly simple, but there's one thing I do differently with the oven temperature that makes a difference. SEE HOW I ROAST A WHOLE CHICKEN → Or keep it classic...My Herb Roasted Chicken is the one to make when you're craving that classic Sunday roast chicken. It's buttery and packed with fresh rosemary, thyme and oregano, with plenty of those cozy, savory flavors that make the whole house smell amazing while it's roasting. GET THE HERB ROASTED CHICKEN → So now you have three: The basic method. The classic herb chicken. And the sticky, spicy hot honey chicken I apparently can't stop making. 😂 If you're only making one this week, though... you already know which one I'm voting for. 🌶️🍯

Hi Friends Reader Is there anything better than a fall weekend with nowhere you have to be? We’re having a rainy, cold Nor’easter this weekend, and I’m actually kind of loving it.
