Hi Friends Reader I have a brand-new one for you today! Golden chicken thighs, wild and brown rice, shiitake mushrooms and vegetables all cooked together in one pan with chicken broth and fresh herbs. It takes a little time, but most of the cooking is hands-off and there’s only one pan to wash!
Marry Me Chicken ThighsJuicy chicken thighs in a creamy sun-dried tomato and Parmesan sauce. This has become one of my most loved chicken recipes, and for good reason! Cider Braised French Onion ChickenCaramelized onions, apple cider and melty Gruyère give this chicken all those cozy French onion flavors—with a little fall twist from the cider. Braised Chicken and PotatoesChicken, baby potatoes, shiitake mushrooms and herbs braised together in a rich broth. This one is especially close to my heart because it's inspired by Frango com Batata, a comforting chicken and potato dish I grew up eating in Brazil. Chicken Mushroom OrzoChicken, mushrooms, pancetta, vegetables and orzo all come together in one pot. Add a little cream at the end if you're craving something extra cozy. Herb Roasted ChickenSometimes you just can't beat a whole roasted chicken. This one is covered in butter and fresh rosemary, thyme and oregano, then roasted until beautifully golden and juicy. Braised Chicken with Mushrooms and BroccoliTender chicken thighs, mushrooms, leeks and broccoli simmer together in a savory sauce. Simple enough for a weeknight, but definitely cozy enough for Sunday dinner. Which one are you making first? And if you try my new One-Pot Chicken Thighs and Wild Rice, please come back and leave a star rating and review. It means so much to me and helps other readers discover the recipe too. 💛

Hi Friends Reader You know how much I love seafood, and if there's one thing I'm particularly picky about, it's the quality of the seafood I bring into my kitchen. Hi Friends Reader Is there anything better than a fall weekend with nowhere you have to be? We’re having a rainy, cold Nor’easter this weekend, and I’m actually kind of loving it.
