The fish dinner I've been making on repeat lately

Hi Friends Reader

If you've been following along lately, you know that seafood is a regular part of our menu, especially during the summer months.

Living in New England, we're fortunate to have a local fisherman friend who delivers fresh seafood from the Massachusetts coast every week, and lately I've been getting a lot of haddock. This new Mediterranean Baked Haddock recipe is what I've been making on repeat.

If you're looking for more fish dinner inspiration, here are a few more favorites from my kitchen:

Pan-Seared Swordfish with Olive Tapenade

Zesty Tilapia with Charred Green Beans

Fish Tacos with Fresh Garden Salsa

Pan-Fried Sea Bass

One of my goals this summer is to keep dinner simple without sacrificing flavor, and fish has become my favorite answer. It cooks quickly, pairs beautifully with garden vegetables, and always feels a little special—even on a busy weeknight.

Now I'm curious... what's your favorite fish to cook at home?

My favorite way to make dinner all summer long

Hi Friends Reader One of my favorite things about summer cooking is that dinner doesn't have to be complicated (haven't I said this before?!) My newest recipe is officially...
