The coziest soup I've been making for 20+ years! 🧡

Hello Reader

Every year when the weather turns, and here in New England, that happens fast, I find myself craving this Roasted Butternut Squash Soup. It’s hearty, cozy, and nourishing… the kind of meal that warms you up from the inside out.

I’ve actually been making this soup since my babies were little. That's over 20 years ago! Back then, it started as homemade baby food, inspired by my mom and grandmother, who always cooked from scratch. But it quickly became a family favorite, one I’ve made countless times since. It’s simple, wholesome, and full of love in every spoonful. 💛

Wishing you a delicious, heartwarming week,
Silvia 💛
