This might be the easiest dessert I’ve ever made 🥭✨

Hi Friends Reader

I’ve been on a mango kick lately… although they are usually imported to the US they are in season right now. At the grocery store you'll find mango that are naturally ripen, sweet and just perfect, bonus they are likely on sale!

Whenever I find good ripe mangoes, I always grab a few extra. Some get eaten right away, some go into smoothies (my mango pineapple smoothie is always on repeat), and now, my new favorite dessert.

It’s a creamy mango mousse made with just 3 ingredients, no eggs, no gelatin, no complicated steps. Just blend, chill, and you’re done.

But what I really love about this one is how versatile it is:

✔ keep it simple and serve it as-is
✔ top it with mango, lime zest, and mint (my favorite way)
✔ layer it with granola or chia seeds for a parfait-style treat
✔ or freeze it and turn it into a quick mango “ice cream”

It’s the kind of recipe you make once… and then keep coming back to all summer long.

If you have a few ripe mangoes sitting on your counter, this is your sign 💛

Let me know if you try it, I’d love to hear how you serve yours.
